Although individuals often consider themselves to have a single personality, they actually embody a number of different personalities. Instead of the self being a single constant type no matter what the circumstances, it is in fact a family of identities that depend on the context of a situation.

Dreamwork Voices is a way to give voice to this family of contextual identities and to engage with the various aspects of the characters that combine to form our true experience of self. Although some of these characters may be obvious to us and experienced more regularly than others, the voices that often speak most powerfully for us are the ones that are normally left unspoken.

These unspoken voices are usually selves that we have disowned, and we often project these unexpressed selves onto other people. Using Dreamwork Identifiers and Dreamwork Mirrors we can begin to recognise our unspoken selves being reflected back to us.

By becoming more aware of how we show up as different characters in different situations we can begin to express our true self more authentically and powerfully.
