dreams

Dreaming is how we unconsciously project our identities, values and beliefs into the spaces that surround us. When we dream during sleep, we reflect our projections back into our own awareness in vivid imagery and fragmented narrative. Exploring these reflections can help us become far more aware of our fundamental intentions, needs and perspectives.

Although the dreaming process is usually considered to be a phenomenon that only occurs during sleep, we continue to do it in waking life as we continually project our unconscious perceptions into our surroundings. Our conscious mind usually filters out our awareness of this happening, although we often experience glimpses of our dreams when we feel truly creative and inspired.

By using Dreamwork Spaces and Dreamwork Arcs, we can consciously focus our attention on to our unconscious projections and reflections. As we do this we can start to connect our glimpses, fragments and dreams together into a coherent story.  Our fundamental stories will then begin to emerge and we can authentically realise our true purpose and potential.
